Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field
• 9+ years of relevant progressive tax experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate tax and public accounting
• Current and valid CPA license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to travel for client engagements and internal meetings

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of tax compliance and advisory services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations across industries
• Research complex tax matters and communicate findings through well-structured reports
• Review tax return preparations for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Build strong client relationships by delivering insights and strategic solutions
• Provide trusted advisory and foster long-term partnerships
• Mentor and manage tax staff, providing coaching and career development
• Delegate and oversee project tasks to ensure timely delivery
• Optimize resource allocation and scheduling to maintain workflow
• Drive business growth via strategic planning, client retention and development
• Represent the firm at industry events to expand visibility
• Maintain CPE to stay current with regulatory changes
• Lead thought leadership by authoring technical publications and training
