BPM LLP is seeking a Tax Director with Real Estate expertise to drive the flow-through practice for sophisticated real estate investors and developers. You will lead engagements, mentor teams, and help expand BPM's Real Estate tax services while building trusted client relationships and guiding strategic tax decisions.

In this role, you will deliver innovative tax planning, oversee complex research, and provide senior leadership to tax professionals in a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in public accounting in Tax.
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field (Master preferred).
• Licensed CPA or EA certified
• Extensive experience with flow-through taxation.
• Experience specializes in real estate taxation
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrates proactive thinking and a strong desire to learn.
• Extensive experience in researching tax issues and exposure to a variety of flow-through tax issues.

Aufgaben

• Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of flow-through clients in the Real-Estate, Crypto Currency, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or Wine Industry.
• Manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality products timely and efficiently.
• Deliver and Develop innovative financial planning ideas that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Oversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries.
• Develop recommendations and implementation plans for clients and team members.
• Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and provide counseling, leadership and career guidance.
