Tom Trese Networking LLC in Charleston, SC, seeks a Tax Director to lead the Real Estate Development and Construction Tax Practice. This role requires a confident leader who can command the room, build relationships, mentor teams, and drive client results in a dynamic Southeast market.

• BA/BS in Accounting is required with CPA preferred.
• 9+ years of progressive public accounting experience with real estate/partnership focus.
• 2+ years leading tax management teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to speak with clients with authority.
• Proven problem-solving and results delivery in tax contexts.
