Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting with CPA required.
• 9+ years of progressive public accounting experience with strong real estate/partnership expertise.
• 2+ years leading tax management teams.
• Natural communicator with presence capable of inspiring confidence in client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tax compliance process for real estate partnerships, ensuring excellence across federal and state returns.
• Deliver proactive communication, insight, and solutions to clients.
• Manage financial performance, engagements, and client relationships with confidence and precision.
• Mentor and elevate the next generation of tax professionals within the team.
• Be the trusted advisor clients turn to for clarity, creativity, and strategic thinking.
• Stay ahead of evolving tax laws and lead process improvements to enhance client outcomes.
• Play a visible role in business development through community engagement and market growth.
