CLA is looking to hire a Tax Director or Manager to join CLA Carolantaville's Business Tax team. This in-office role is based out of Charlotte, Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Atlanta, and Nashville, offering opportunities to work with business clients as you progress in your career.

The role emphasizes advising on partnership, S-corp, and pass-through taxation, leading engagements, and developing team members while growing client relationships and industry expertise.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 6 years of experience serving in a tax role with public accounting and/or professional services firm.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Active JD, CPA, or EA certification.

Responsabilidades

• Consult with partnership, S-corp, and pass-through clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Foster and build opportunities for our clients, communities, and people.
• Become an industry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings.
• Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with the size and complexity of the engagement.
• Review complex partnership, S-corp, pass-thru, and HNW personal tax returns.
