Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in individual and pass-through taxation.
• Expertise in pass-through entity compliance (1065/1120S) and complex high-net-worth returns.
• Experience serving real estate, professional services, and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the individual and pass-through tax practice with growth and client service focus.
• Deliver advisory and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and entities.
• Review complex returns (1040, 1065/1120S) and K-1 reporting for founders/investors.
• Oversee pass-through entity filings, allocations, and capital account maintenance.
• Mentor a high-performing tax team and drive cross-functional collaboration.
