Qualifikationen

• CPA certification required; active PTIN and ability to act as an authorized signer for federal returns.
• 15+ years of progressive tax experience with complex tax work and client advisory.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state tax laws with proven client leadership.
• Experience building or managing a book of business preferred.
• Strong communication, analytics, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as senior technical and client leader for the tax practice while remaining hands-on with complex returns.
• Perform final review and signing of federal and state tax returns and filings.
• Lead major client relationships with sophisticated tax planning and advisory services.
• Oversee engagements including notices, audits, and inquiries with tax authorities.
• Provide technical leadership on federal, state, and local tax issues.
• Mentor Tax Managers and Senior staff to uphold quality and service.
• Develop new business and deepen existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management for integrated tax planning opportunities.
