Qualifications

• Experience with ASC 740 accounting for income tax and managing tax audits.
• Strong analytical and research skills to apply tax guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of tax compliance and provision.
• Implement internal controls to mitigate audit risk.
• Provide tax insights for budgeting and forecasting.
• Support mergers and acquisitions regarding tax implications.
