We are partnered with the family office of a tech founder that is seeking a Tax Director. The position is fully remote and will manage all tax affairs of founder.

• Salary: 300-375k + LTIs
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global tax strategies
• Research and prepare tax memos and tax models
• Advise on trust and estate planning, multi-generational wealth transfer, and personal tax structures
• Partner with the tech founder’s business ventures to align tax planning strategies across personal and corporate interests
• Provide tax insight on new investments, private equity deals, real estate, and other projects
• Set up family office administration
• Oversee all global tax compliance
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Tax degree
• JD or CPA
• Big 4 or other high-level tax advisory experience
• Extensive experience supporting UHNWI
• Family office experience
