White Tiger Connections, a boutique CPA firm serving Saint Simons Island, GA, seeks a Tax Director to lead a well-established client base and advance toward partnership. The role focuses on client relationship management, complex technical tax work, and team leadership in a coastal market.

Ideal candidates will bring 7+ years in public accounting or tax, CPA licensure, and a track record of growing client accounts.

Formación

• 7+ years of public accounting or tax experience.
• CPA required.
• Experience managing high-wealth individuals and complex entities.
• Ability to own and grow client relationships independently.
• Leadership presence with staff development.
• Willingness to work fully in-office; relocation to Saint Simons Island, GA required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a sophisticated book of business spanning high-wealth individuals, estates and trusts, and business entities.
• Lead and review complex tax engagements across business compliance (partnerships, corporations), individual returns, and estate and trust work.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously with accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying needs and delivering guidance.
• Mentor and develop tax staff with on-the-job training and feedback.
• Participate in business development and firm growth efforts over time.
• Collaborate with firm Partners on strategic priorities and client transitions.
