• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a sophisticated book of business spanning high‑wealth individuals, estates and trusts, and business entities.
• Lead and review complex tax engagements across business compliance (partnerships, corporations), individual returns, and estate and trust work.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high standard of client service.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying needs and delivering meaningful guidance.
• Mentor and develop tax staff, providing on‑the‑job training, feedback, and leadership.
• Participate in business development and firm growth efforts over time.
• Collaborate closely with firm Partners on strategic priorities and client transitions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of public accounting or tax experience.
• CPA required.
• Strong technical background in business compliance—partnerships and corporations are the priority; estate and trust experience is a significant plus.
• Experience managing high‑wealth individual clients and complex entity structures.
• Demonstrated ability to own and grow client relationships independently.
• Leadership presence with the ability to develop and manage staff.
• Passion for reviewing work, owning the process, and building toward an income partner trajectory.
• Existing book of business is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work fully in‑office; relocation to Saint Simons Island, GA required.
