Keystone CPAs LLC is seeking a Tax Director / Austin Market Leader to build Keystone’s Austin presence and lead a growing advisory practice. The role starts remote, shifting to an Austin-based leadership position with opportunities for ownership, client growth, and team development.

The package includes a base salary, bonus potential, and a defined pathway to Principal ownership, with a collaborative culture and multidisciplinary services beyond traditional tax.

Qualifikationen

• Active CPA license is required and current.
• 8+ years of public accounting experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong tax research and planning skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and teams.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of business and individual tax clients.
• Lead proactive tax planning engagements to create value.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships with business owners and executives.
• Recruit and develop the Austin team and build local presence.
• Oversee and mentor tax professionals; ensure timely work and budgets.
