A boutique CPA firm in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Tax Senior Manager or Director to join its leadership team. This hybrid role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in both Tax and Audit & Assurance (A&A), and a desire to grow into a partner role within 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax and audit engagements across a diverse client base
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to clients
