PwC is seeking a Tax Innovation - Data Engineer at Manager level in Washington, DC. You will design and build data infrastructure, pipelines, and transformation solutions to support tax analytics for clients.

Lead teams, manage accounts, and mentor staff while driving data-driven growth and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will leverage Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Snowflake to architect scalable data solutions, ensure data quality and security, and collaborate with stakeholders to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in data engineering or related field.
Experience leading teams and client accounts.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing data infrastructure and systems for efficient processing and analysis.
Developing and managing data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions for client needs.
Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of data engineering projects.
Utilizing Azure Data Factory and Databricks to enhance data solutions.
Building and maintaining data warehouses and lakes for BI and analytics.
Applying data modeling and dimensional modeling techniques to optimize data architecture.
Overseeing data quality, validation, and security within analytics frameworks.
Mentoring team members to develop skills and improve delivery.
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven growth.
