Qualifications

• One year of experience maintaining fiscal or financial records.
• One year of customer service experience.
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic responses to taxpayer inquiries through phone and written communication
• Examine account issues and help create solutions to resolve discrepancies
• Develop an understanding of tax laws, rules, regulations, and related procedures
• Document recurring issues discovered through customer interactions and report them appropriately
• Explain the steps for completing forms and navigating tax processes
• Summarize taxpayer interactions and record adjustments and resolutions
