- Minimum of eight years of experience in tax credit finance
- Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one
- Experience with New Markets Tax Credits preferred
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
