We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Counsel ready to take on complex challenges within a Fortune 50 multinational corporation. You will gain a wide variety of experience and manage a multi-jurisdiction portfolio of state and local tax matters. Keys to success include collaboration and effective communication with tax department colleagues and management, corporate finance and business unit personnel, state tax officials and outside counsel.
This position will play a key role in helping ExxonMobil compete to win by representing the company on a wide variety of state and local tax issues. The position requires strong tax research skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to perform data analysis related to controversy matters.
