Job summary

Axos Clearing LLC in Omaha, NE seeks a Tax & Cost Basis Representative to act as the primary contact for IB inquiries, process documentation, remit and reconcile tax withholding liabilities, and manage client tax lot reporting data to ensure IRS compliance.

You will review new accounts docs, analyze demographics, interface with multiple systems, prepare daily reports, and identify process improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance and escalating risks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years' experience preferred.
• Financial industry experience or FINRA licenses preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Detail oriented with high quality and productivity.
• Effective time management with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Review, amend and finalize new accounts documentation.
• Analyze demographic information to ensure high quality.
