Savant Wealth Management in Clinton, SC is seeking a Tax & Consulting Manager to lead a high‑performing tax team and collaborate with wealth strategy specialists to deliver proactive planning for clients. This on-site, full‑time role focuses on coaching staff, overseeing tax preparation, and guiding complex returns.

You will provide tax expertise, support business development, and drive continuous improvement within the team while aligning with the firm’s values and client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Masters in taxation or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Active CPA license or EA license.
• 5-10 years of experience in the tax department of a CPA firm, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax preparation for internal and external clients and supervise staff accountants and supervisors.
• Review moderate to complex individual, fiduciary, partnership and corporate returns.
• Provide guidance on tax planning opportunities and consulting to clients.
• Collaborate with wealth strategy team to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
