Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment.
• Client service intern positions are entry-level; typically third year of a four-year degree or fourth year of a five-year program at application time.

Responsibilities

• Supporting tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning strategies.
• Participating in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Assisting in the analysis of complex tax regulations to optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Engaging in international tax planning and multistate tax compliance activities.
