Job summary

Savant Wealth Management is seeking a Client Administration Manager to lead the Client Administration team across tax and consulting services. Based in one of several office locations, you will oversee staffing, workflow, and service quality to ensure superior client experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and adherence to firm processes, with a Monday–Friday schedule and tax-season workload peaks. Compensation reflects market ranges and performance; benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Education includes High School Diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
• Experience leading administrative or client-service teams in professional services; managing workflow and capacity.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision of the Client Administration team.
• Oversee workflow management and capacity planning to optimize resources.
• Partner with service lines to support client objectives and administrative needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and adherence to firm workflows and quality standards.
• Support succession planning and leadership development within the team.
