This role matters because sound financial governance is what lets the rest of the business move fast with confidence. Your work protects the company's assets, reputation, and ability to invest in growth.

You will have real impact from day one. You will shape tax planning, strengthen internal controls, and guide funding and capital decisions that reach across finance, legal, and senior leadership.

It is a dynamic role that touches nearly every corner of our financial operations. You will have a direct hand in shaping our fiscal health, whether you are anchoring a tax audit, optimizing working capital, or structuring banking facilities. In this role, your work serves as a vital cross‑functional anchor, partnering with executive leadership, commercial banks, and regulators to drive broad business impact.

  • Regulatory compliance: Own statutory and regulatory compliance end to end, from timely filings to compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Audit coordination: Coordinate internal and external audits and drive timely resolution of findings.
  • Treasury operations: Manage daily treasury, including cash positioning and liquidity planning that keeps working capital healthy.
  • Cash flow and forecasting: Build cash flow forecasts and optimize working capital so the business is funded with confidence.
  • Banking and financing: Oversee banking facilities, loans, guarantees, and financing arrangements, and manage foreign exchange and interest rate risk where it applies.
  • Financial reporting: Support month‑end and year‑end close, ensure correct accounting treatment for tax and treasury transactions, and deliver clear management reporting.
  • Controls and risk: Strengthen internal controls that safeguard assets and support enterprise risk management, keeping the organization audit‑ready.
  • Stakeholder relationships: Build trusted relationships with finance, legal, senior leaders, auditors, banks, regulators, and external advisors.
  • Continuous improvement: Drive initiatives that make tax, compliance, and treasury run more efficiently over time.
