Pinion in Indianapolis is offering a hands-on accounting internship from January 4, 2028 to April 14, 2028. It is a full-time or part-time, in-office program that exposes you to tax and audit work while collaborating with seasoned professionals.

You will prepare federal and state returns, assist with financial statements and audits, and apply classroom knowledge to real client projects. Mentorship and growth are emphasized throughout the internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher in major and overall.
• Hours: 24 hours per week (part-time) or 40 hours per week (full-time).
• Location: Fully in the office.
• Employment Eligibility: This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Assist with financial statement preparation, audits, general accounting, and special projects.
• Apply academic knowledge to real client work while managing priorities and deadlines.
• Participate in client meetings and collaborate with professionals across multiple levels of the firm.
• Utilize technology and data tools to deliver accurate, efficient results.
• Build lasting relationships with fellow interns, mentors, and firm leaders.
