CLA Madison is seeking Tax/Audit Interns to gain hands-on experience in tax preparation, audits, and client service. Interns will support engagements, perform research, and learn CLA procedures in a collaborative setting.

The program runs January 2028 through April 2028, offering exposure to accounting work, training opportunities, and the chance to develop professionally within CLA’s Madison team.

Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Achieving credit requirements to sit for the CPA exam per state requirements.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsabilités

• Prepares individual, corporate, partnership, and other types of tax returns.
