Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking Tax/Audit Associates to join our Spokane, Moses Lake, Wenatchee, Tri Cities and Yakima offices. You will prepare individual, corporate and partnership tax returns and contribute to audit, review and compilation services to diverse clients.

The role offers collaborative growth, exposure to multiple client engagements, regular client communication, and opportunities to advance toward CPA licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with MS Windows and Office.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Gains experience, exposure, and knowledge of procedures, workpapers and systems.
• Supports multiple client engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress.
• Expands industry knowledge, through greater exposure to peers, clients, and formal training opportunities.
• Completes research and special projects as needed.
• Communicates effectively with clients and CLA family members on a regular basis.

• Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

The compensation range for this position in Washington is: $67,000 - $91,000 ($29.13 - $39.57 per hour).
