Job summary

Stevenson Staffing LLC is seeking experienced Real Estate Tax Attorneys to join a growing tax practice. Opportunities are available at Senior Associate and Partner levels, fully remote across the United States.

You will conduct sophisticated tax research, advise clients on complex tax matters, structure transactions for tax-efficient outcomes, and draft tax opinions while collaborating with senior professionals and clients on challenging engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of income-tax experience.
• Strong tax research, planning, and client advisory skills.
• Experience with transaction structuring.
• Real estate taxation, §1031 exchanges, trusts & estates, or pass-through taxation preferred.
• LL.M. in Taxation and Circular 230 opinion experience preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced Real Estate Tax Attorneys to join a growing tax practice. Opportunities are available at both the Senior Associate and Partner levels.

• 5-7 years of income-tax experience
• Strong tax research, planning, and client advisory experience
• Experience with transaction structuring
• Real estate taxation, §1031 exchanges, trusts & estates, or pass-through taxation preferred
• Experience with estate/gift/GST, QOZ, fiduciary, M&A, or cross-border tax is a plus
• LL.M. in Taxation and Circular 230 opinion experience preferred

$250K–$400K + Benefits + Partnership

• 7-10 years of income-tax experience
• Strong experience with real estate taxation / §1031 exchanges
• Trusts & estates and pass-through entity taxation
• Complex tax research and transaction structuring
• Direct client advisory and matter/project management
• Experience drafting Circular 230 tax opinions preferred
• Leadership, supervision, and business-development experience a plus
