This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys problem solving within a broad spectrum of tax law issues, values collaboration, and is interested in growing their practice in a supportive firm environment.
Relevant experience may include tax research and writing, correcting missed or late elections, penalty abatement, negotiating with IRS Appeals or California Office of Tax Appeals, audit representation, tax compliance services, and litigation involving tax controversies. Attorneys with established client relationships, transportable business, or an interest in developing their practice are also encouraged to apply.
We offer a competitive compensation package, with base salaries ranging from $130,000 to $205,000, depending on experience, expertise, and qualifications, in addition to subjective and non-subjective bonus opportunities which may exceed $70,000 in the aggregate. The firm also offers optional origination bonuses and marketing assistance for entrepreneurial attorneys.
