Job summary

Illapa Search is assisting a leading international law firm in strengthening its Transactional Tax practice in its California offices. We seek a mid-to-senior level tax lawyer to advise on sophisticated, high-value transactions alongside corporate and M&A lawyers and a broad range of international clients.

Ideal candidates will have substantial transactional tax experience, strong drafting and communication skills, and a track record of working with sophisticated clients and cross-border teams.

Qualifications
