Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally via video and audio tools.

What You Need

• Possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and an active PTIN.
• Reliable internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.

What You Will Do

Assist customers with their taxes using TurboTax products, providing sound professional judgment, timely service, tax advice, full-service return preparation, and managing inquiries.

• Maintain sensitive customer and business information responsibly.
• Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions accurately.
