Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Possess or be able to obtain relevant State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and have an active PTIN.
• Reliable internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing sound advice, and managing inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Use government websites and professional resources to find accurate answers, communicating in everyday language.
