Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related business field.
• 1 to 3 years of tax and accounting experience preferred; recent grads considered.
• Experience with professional tax software and CRM systems; MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication, with detail-oriented approach and deadline discipline.
• Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual and small business tax returns accurately.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather information.
• Assist CPAs and planning team with tax research.
• Support daily office operations and maintain compliance with tax laws.
