What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with fund clients’ investors to obtain necessary IRS forms
- Validate IRS Forms W-8s, W-9s, and CRS self-certification forms
- Provide advisory and compliance services regarding NRA withholding and Form 1042-S reporting
- Prepare and submit FATCA returns and OECD CRS returns
- Assist in training and mentoring Client Services Specialists and interns on GIR methodology

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field preferred
- Must have completed at least one "Busy Season"
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Proficient in applicable technology
- Willingness to travel based on client and business needs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA eligible or equivalent certification such as EA, JD, or MBA; desire to obtain certification required
- Previous public accounting, law firm, or private equity experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, research, and tax project management skills
- Experience with W-8/W-9 form solicitation and validation, 1042 reporting, or FATCA & CRS reporting
