CLA is hiring an Experienced Tax Associate to service clients in our Southern Minnesota offices, including Mankato, Austin, New Ulm, Owatonna and Rochester.

The role involves preparing and reviewing tax returns, handling client questions, and performing tax research and special projects. Candidates with a CPA or eligibility to sit for CPA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Current CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam preferred.
• About 1 year of relevant experience preferred (internships may count).
• Ability to travel to client sites.

CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP is hiring an Experienced Tax Associate to service clients in our Southern Minnesota offices. Locations include: Mankato, Austin, New Ulm, Owatonna and Rochester.

How you'll create opportunities in this Experienced Tax Associate role:

• Prepare and review tax returns with the tax team. Handle routine client tax questions and work with client to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.
• Complete tax-related research and special projects as needed.
• Have the ability to prepare simple tax returns.
• Develop and train team interns to help them build inspired careers.
• Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Current CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred (prior experience via internship(s) may be acceptable).
• Ability to travel to client sites

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $53,700.00 - $93,000.00
