A leading international law firm is seeking a transactional tax attorney with 4–7 years of experience to join its Washington, D.C. office. This role offers the opportunity to advise sponsors, developers, and investors on sophisticated tax credit transactions, including project development, tax equity transactions, and tax credit transfers.

Candidates with relevant experience from either a law firm or Big Four accounting firm will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Advise sponsors, developers, and investors on the tax aspects of project development and financing transactions.
