We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned accounting and tax firm located on the west side of Madison, conveniently accessible from the Beltline. We are seeking a full-time Tax Associate to join the team. This opportunity is open to both experienced tax professionals and recent college graduates with an Accounting or related degree. Internship experience in tax or public accounting is preferred but not required.

The primary focus will be tax preparation for high-net-worth individuals and small to mid-sized businesses. Outside of tax season, the role will provide exposure to financial statements, client accounting, and outsourced accounting services, creating a well-rounded opportunity to develop both tax and accounting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
