The purpose of this position is to appraise residential construction and improvements to determine the assessed value for tax purposes. Manage property listings by performing field inspections of real property, inspect exterior improvements, and record new construction. Utilizing CAMA systems to perform daily tasks, annual tasks, and reappraisal tasks.
This class works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.
