CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is seeking Tax and Audit Interns for Winter 2028 across MA & RI offices including Andover, Boston, Quincy, Worcester and Cranston. Start is January 2028, ending April 2028; you will work on individual, corporate, and partnership returns and assist on audits.

Strong accounting/finance interest and CPA-eligibility path preferred. Applicants pursuing a bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance should apply; MS Office skills and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA exam eligibility per state requirements.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and financial data reporting.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and travel to client sites.

Candidates selected to move forward will be contacted regarding interviews following the review process.The anticipated start date for this role is: **January 2028**The anticipated end date for this role is: **April 2028**Come and see for yourself!PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES* Prepares individual, corporate, partnership, and other types of tax returns.* Performs audit, review, compilation, and other assurance services.* Gains experience, exposure, and knowledge of procedures, workpapers and systems.* Supports multiple client engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress.* Expands industry knowledge, through greater exposure to peers, clients, and formal training opportunities.* Completes research and special projects as needed.* Communicates effectively with clients and CLA family members on a regular basis.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS* Working towards the achievement of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field – Degree in Accounting or Finance **strongly preferred**.* Achieving credit requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state requirements.* General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.* Willingness to learn new technologies.* Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.
