PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Prepares individual, corporate, partnership, and other types of tax returns.
  2. Performs audit, review, compilation, and other assurance services.
  3. Gains experience, exposure, and knowledge of procedures, workpapers, and systems.
  4. Supports multiple client engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress.
  5. Expands industry knowledge through greater exposure to peers, clients, and formal training opportunities.
  6. Completes research and special projects as needed.
  7. Communicates effectively with clients and CLA team members regularly.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree required - Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
  • Eligible to sit for the CPA exam per state requirements.
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and financial data reporting.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
