You will prepare US federal, state, and local tax compliance for Clark and its affiliated businesses, roll forward tax workpapers, nexus and apportionment analyses, incentives, and real estate reporting.

Formación

• GAAP and tax accounting for fixed assets experience required.
• Experience preparing US federal, state, and local tax returns and workpapers.
• Ability to redesign tax compliance processes and implement new workflows.

Responsabilidades

• GAAP and tax accounting for fixed assets, including reconciliations and depreciation.
• Prepare tax filings and workpapers for multiple entities; coordinate with external firm.
• Develop and implement process improvements in the tax function.
