Who You Are

• You have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• You are passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• You possess excellent customer service skills and are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confidently.

What You Need

• You must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• You need an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria (or be willing to obtain one).
• You must be available to work at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will help customers complete their taxes using TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, aiming to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary business information responsibly and securely.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role, requiring the use of our video communication software and documenting interactions for accurate records.
• Interact professionally with customers and team members, adhering to and promoting Intuit’s operating values, including “integrity without compromise.”
