Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills, comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Possess or be able to obtain any relevant State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and have an active PTIN.
• Willing to obtain internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

What You Will Do

Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Maintain sensitive information responsibly, use government websites and professional resources, and interact professionally via video communication software, documenting interactions accurately.
