Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds, and have an active PTIN.
• Reliable internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week, spread over three or more days.

Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing sound professional judgment, timely service, and accurate tax advice. Manage product/software inquiries and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Maintain sensitive customer and business information responsibly.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software, documenting interactions accurately.
