The position covers compliance, ASC 740 provisions, tax planning, audits, and process improvements, with strong Excel and tax software proficiency. Full-time, onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of income tax experience (Big 4 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of US federal income tax; state and international exposure a plus.
• Experience with ASC 740 income tax provision.
• Proficiency in Excel and tax compliance software.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review US federal, state, local income tax returns, extensions, and estimated payments.
• Coordinate with external advisors on compliance matters and filings.
• Analyze book-to-tax differences and maintain supporting workpapers.
• Prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provisions.
• Calculate current and deferred taxes; assist with disclosures.
• Support transfer pricing coordination and intercompany documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve tax processes and automation.
