Northbound Executive Search, a top real estate firm in New York, NY, seeks a Tax Analyst to join their growing tax team. You will work with the Tax Manager on hedge funds and private equity fund tax filings and year-end tax work.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of private or public tax experience, preferably with real estate. Strong accuracy and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in tax (private or public)
• Real estate tax experience preferred
• Driven and detail-oriented behavior

Responsabilidades

• Plan and strategize tax filings for hedge funds and Private Equity funds with outsourced accounting firm
• Review K-1s, tax estimates, and tax returns for funds
• Coordinate with finance and tax departments on tax needs and adjustments
• Prepare taxable income work papers for management company entities
