Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a 360 Careers Analyst for Tax. You’ll rotate through tax service areas, building broad experience across compliance, planning and advisory work while you shape your future with confidence.

The role supports a hybrid work model, requires strong English, a Accounting degree, and CPA licensure plans; travel may be involved as client engagements span multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting with a strong academic record.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 (3.2+ preferred).
• Meet CPA licensure requirements and have a plan to pass the CPA exam.
• Excellent English language communication skills.
• Willing to work in a hybrid model and travel as needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
• Driver's license recommended for client-site travel.

Responsibilities

• Handle and support a wide variety of tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Assist with tax due diligence on behalf of a private equity firm.
• Prepare tax returns for a range of entity types and jurisdictions.
• Work with audit teams to determine whether tax accounts are appropriate for financial statements.
• Research tax code and write memos for clients.
• Improve the tax effectiveness of supply chain structures.
• Develop and utilize a diverse network of colleagues across the business.
