Qualifications

• Excellent English language communication is required.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting, CPA licensure planned and pursued.
• Strong academic record and readiness for CPA licensure process.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide variety of tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Assist with tax due diligence for private equity firms.
• Assist with preparing tax returns for various entity types and jurisdictions.
• Work with audit teams to evaluate tax accounts in financial statements.
• Research tax code and draft memos for clients.
• Improve the tax effectiveness of supply chain structures.
