Genesis10 is currently seeking a Digital Analyst with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Minneapolis, MN, Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity. This position is fully onsite. Compensation: $47.52 - $49.50 per hour, W2, based on qualifications
Position Overview: This person will play a key role within Enterprise Data, Analytics, & Insights (EDAI) to drive tangible business results by providing actionable insights and recommendations through the analysis of digital marketing initiatives. This role will lead a group of analysts supporting several web or mobile app product teams and will collaborate closely with Senior Director and VP-level marketing leaders on strategic initiatives, prioritization, and resourcing needs.
Key Responsibilities: Perform online reporting, collection, and analysis of complex digital qualitative and quantitative metrics from multiple sources; administer the site analytic reporting system; manage the collection and synthesis of data from multiple sources Pro-actively identify opportunities to drive tangible business results and investigate developing trends or client issues Present data in a clear and compelling way to communicate insights, tell a story, and influence strategy Provide digital analytics support to several business stakeholders / teams including customer acquisition, product management, on-site user experience, website experimentation and optimization, project management and IT Assist in dataset creation by developing measurement plans and technical requirement documents for tagging Manage workload within the team by partnering with analytics department lead and senior marketing leaders Own the creation and reporting of monthly KPIs and dashboards, and perform analysis and build processes that ensure best practices in marketing performance Serve as a subject matter expert for one or more analytic tools, creating a strategy for maximizing their benefits and effectiveness Identify opportunities for operational excellence within the team, such as optimizing processes, implementing agile methodologies, and enhancing QA
Primary Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2-5 years of relevant experience Digital analytics experience developing meaningful KPIs, Solution Design References (SDR), reporting, insights, and interpreting results Experience conducting analyses of digital data using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Experience leading and coaching employees Ability to share compelling insights using MS PowerPoint to C-suite audiences Strong relationship & communication skills working with colleagues and business partners; influencing customers on recommendations Experience with leading enablement, COE, or self-service analytics initiatives Desired Skills: 3+ years of experience working in a big data environment (AWS, Azure) for data wrangling or analysis Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as the Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Real Time CDP Experience coding in Pyspark, Python, SQL Ability to work and thrive in a collaborative work environment as well as independently to drive results Proven track record of driving Analytics into actionable business outcomes Experience in financial services with knowledge of products, customers, transaction and interaction data, including source systems Demonstrated understanding of statistical analyses methodologies Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
