LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established, employee-owned CPA firm in Norman, OK, to identify a Tax & Advisory Services Manager. This leadership role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, mentors staff, and drives growth in a dynamic public accounting practice.

The Tax & Advisory Services Manager will lead tax planning, advisory services, compliance reviews, and research, while developing the team, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Active CPA license in good standing.
• 5+ years of recent public accounting experience focused on taxation.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage and review corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax returns.
• Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients across multiple industries.
• Conduct technical tax research and deliver practical solutions to client challenges.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax professionals.
• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and talent development initiatives.
