This role combines hands-on income tax preparation and filing expertise with structured evaluation, documentation, and rubric development. Previous AI training or model evaluation experience is not required when you bring strong tax domain knowledge and can assess tax-related reasoning carefully.
You will examine tax-related content and AI-generated outputs with close attention to accuracy, completeness, consistency, and practical usefulness. Your feedback will help improve model reasoning across individual and business tax situations.
This role requires an active CPA license or Enrolled Agent credential and proven expertise in income tax preparation and filing for individuals and/or businesses. You should be able to interpret tax rules carefully, recognize federal and state tax issues, and explain your analysis in a structured way.
Experience developing or applying rubrics, checklists, or quality standards in tax advising or education is valuable. Previous participation in training, auditing, or peer review processes is also helpful, but prior AI training or model evaluation experience is not required.
This is a remote contractor opportunity for professionals located in the United States. The work is conducted collaboratively with a multidisciplinary group focused on tax advisory AI evaluation and data quality.
