You will support month-end close and annual tax provisions, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement. A CPA background and 2–4 years of public accounting or corporate tax experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• 2-4 years of public accounting or corporate tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Experience preparing complex tax returns including corporate, partnership, and individual filings.
• Familiarity with multi-state tax compliance and filings.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and tax software.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns (corporate, partnership, individual).
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Conduct tax research and stay current on tax legislation changes.
• Manage tax calendars and timely filing of returns/payments.
• Support month-end and year-end tax-related accruals and adjustments.
